In less than three months, a tired old home has been extended and fully renovated in a way that made the homeowners fall in love with their home all over again.

Tony Wanted A Home With More Space
The existing home felt small, cramped and too busy with furniture pieces with no space around them and no room to spread out or relax.
We understood that challenge entirely, and we were more than happy to help.
To create space, a rear extension was added to the existing home. A fully open-plan living room with a brand new kitchen, high ceilings and a feature skylight over the galley kitchen was created. The large windows at the rear of the new living area were included to let in tons of natural light and increase the sense of space with access to his yard featuring beautiful landscaping.
The entire roof was replaced with a new Colorbond™️ roof, which significantly improved the home’s visual presence and overall curb appeal.
In the kitchen, we introduced modern appliances with a freestanding oven and concealed range hood, space-saving plate and pot drawers, all on soft-close rollers.
The new wooden flooring brings the entire home together, from the entry foyer through to the rear living zones in wide panel planks.
Finally, by enclosing the old unused fireplaces, we we able to improve energy efficiency and minimise heat loss throughout the home.
